Wishoo is provided by WOVEMIND PTE. LTD. (UEN 202638301K), Singapore. This policy explains what information we collect through the Wishoo app, why, and what choices you have.

A real photo of your child is entirely optional — the default is a preset illustrated avatar. Before you can add or change a real photo, we require your Parent PIN and your explicit consent. Removing a photo only requires your Parent PIN. Your photo is saved to your child's profile, visible only to your family — we never sell it, share it, or use it for advertising. You can remove a saved photo at any time from your child's profile, which also deletes the stored file.

If you or your child record a voice note while adding a Wish, the recording is sent to a third-party AI transcription service to produce a short text label for that Wish. That service doesn't log, store, or use the recording to train any model. Only the resulting text label is saved to your Wish; the recording itself is discarded immediately after processing.

When you use Wishoo's share feature, you choose what to send and through which app (your device's share sheet or WhatsApp). The message may include your child's first name, a mention of the event it's linked to (if any), and the Wish's product link or title. It does not include price, a photo, your child's profile photo, your account email, or your account ID.

We don't sell your family's data. We don't use child photos or voice recordings for advertising, marketing, facial recognition, biometric identification, or to train AI models. We don't show ads in Wishoo.

Your Parent PIN is stored securely, never as plain readable text, and never logged or sent to any analytics tool. Photos and other files are stored securely, only to make the app work. If you respond to our in-app rating prompt, that rating and its accompanying counters are stored securely in our own systems, separately from the PIN protection described above.

You can delete your family's account and data at any time from Settings → Privacy & Data — this removes your family's profiles, children's profiles, photos, Wishes, and events from the active Wishoo app right away. Any backup or disaster-recovery copies are kept only where needed for security and service recovery, and are cleared in line with our hosting provider's own retention practices.

You can also reach us at hello@wovemind.com for any privacy, data, or consent question — including requesting deletion, or withdrawing a consent you've given.

Where Wishoo asks for your consent — for example, before adding a real photo of your child, or before using voice notes — you can decline and continue using Wishoo without that feature. You can withdraw photo consent for a child at any time by removing their photo in the app, or by contacting us at hello@wovemind.com.

Wishoo is available globally, in English.

Wishoo is designed to be used by children only within a family account set up and managed by their parent or legal guardian. We don't allow children to create their own independent Wishoo account.

If we make a material change to this policy, we'll let you know before it takes effect.

Wishoo assigns your device a random, anonymous analytics identifier — never your name, email, or account ID. When you create an account, this identifier is linked, in our own systems only, to your family account, so we can measure things like how many people who view the sign-up screen go on to create an account. The identifier sent to our analytics provider is never your real account ID.

This linking happens automatically when you create an account. You can turn it off at any time from Settings → Privacy & Data → Anonymous analytics — this stops linked collection going forward (data already sent to our analytics provider isn't retroactively removed). We keep this identifier and its link to your family account for up to 14 months, or until you delete your account, whichever comes first — deleting your account deletes this link immediately, along with everything else in Section 8.
